Installation steps for aluminum profile radiator
Firstly, please open the packaging of the aluminum radiator and install the exhaust valve and connector.
The position of the dedicated hook installation hole can be drawn on the wall according to the provided installation diagram or relevant requirements.
3. Install an aluminum profile radiator, considering the damage caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of the heating pipe to the radiator.
4. Place the expansion tube 12 and lay it flat.
5. Please drill 12 holes with an impact drill, and the depth of the holes should be flush with the wall after the expansion tube is inserted.
6. Install the bottom hook and tighten the screws after meeting the requirements.
7. Place the aluminum profile radiator on the bottom mounted hook, install the hook above, and adjust the position of the hook. After clamping, the expansion screw can be tightened. When placing the radiator, please place the exhaust valve above.
8. After installing and assembling the pipe joints, install the pipes according to the drawing requirements and connect them to the inlet and outlet. Tighten them at all places, with the rear side 3.5cm away from the wall and 5cm away from the skirting line.
9. Please input hot water, open the exhaust valve, and vent until the water comes out. During operation, the aluminum profile radiator should not exceed the working pressure listed in the manual by 0.12 MPa.
10. The oxygen content in the heating medium shall not exceed 0.05 grams per square meter. The medium water used in the radiator should meet the requirements of PH9 ≤ 9, and PH12 ≤ when internal anti-corrosion measures are taken.
