MEDICAL ULTRASONIC HEAT DISSIPATION

Ultrasound instrument, also known as ultrasound instrument, is a medical instrument developed based on the principle of ultrasound, which is used in medical clinical, diagnostic, and health fields. Ultrasound diagnostic instruments mainly refer to ultrasound diagnostic devices in medical imaging systems. Due to their lower price compared to CT and MRI, as well as their non-invasive and real-time acquisition of tissue images in the human body, their clinical applications are becoming increasingly widespread, and the total sales growth worldwide is expected to exceed that of X-ray diagnostic devices.

Ultrasound is a sound wave with a frequency higher than 20000 Hz. It has good directionality, strong penetration ability, and is easy to obtain concentrated sound energy. It can propagate over a long distance in water and can be used for ranging, velocity measurement, cleaning, welding, crushing, sterilization, and disinfection. There are many applications in medicine, military, industry, and agriculture.

Especially in the field of medicine, ultrasound is the most widely used. The working principle of medical ultrasound examination is similar to that of sonar, that is, when ultrasound is emitted into the human body, it will reflect and refract when it encounters an interface in the body, and may be absorbed and attenuated in human tissues. Because the shape and structure of various tissues in the human body are different, their degree of reflection, refraction, and absorption of ultrasound also varies. Doctors identify them precisely by the characteristics of the waveform, curve, or image reflected by the instrument. In addition, by combining anatomical knowledge, normal and pathological changes, it is possible to diagnose whether the examined organ is diseased.

Ultrasonic instruments belong to electronic products, and electronic products are accompanied by heat generation during operation. Especially for some large and complex instruments, the heat is enormous. At present, the mainstream cooling method in the industry is air cooling, but with the development and progress of equipment, power consumption and heat generation are increasing, which makes air cooling a bit insufficient. At this point, the water cooling heat dissipation is well transferred, effectively reducing the heat of these instruments. In the future, more ultrasonic equipment will be applied to water-cooled heat dissipation, as it can indeed control temperature well and is stable and silent, making it the first choice for the future development of the industry.
